It's like a compound word,
you take two existing components and push them together.
I took one skirt that was an awkward length and combined it with
a cute, but frequently worn, top and created something more better.
Notice how the child on the left is unhappy, sluggish even.
In contrast, the child on the right is confident and content.
So to achieve this result, just line up two pieces of clothing and stitch them together.
